“Finding Rainbows after Loss!”
The death of a loved one is one of the most painful things that human beings experience.
The pain and grief we feel is equal to the love that we had for the person who died, but it does not mean that our life ends too.
I know what this is like, I have been there…
In July 2016, my Royal Marine husband died of cancer at only 38 years old, leaving me to juggle solo parenting our two children (who were just 6 and 8 years old at the time) with work and managing my own emotions.
Unfortunately, grief does not magically disappear…
The pain we feel after the death of a loved one is something we learn to carry with us throughout our lives. At times we might feel that we are caught in a never-ending storm of chaos and sadness, but all bad weather eventually passes and it is possible to find peace and rainbows.
Over the past seven years, I have found a way to make my heart sing again…
And I would love for you to join me for this brand new webinar...
I will be sharing my insights and lived experiences with you, so that you too can once again find happiness and learn to cherish the fond memories of your loved one whilst growing life around your grief.

At the age of 35, my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer in December 2013.
As well as being faced with losing the love of my life, overnight I had to come to terms with so much: the shock of the day-to-day reality of bringing up two young bereaved children alone, becoming the only breadwinner in the family and dealing with my own emotions. Then my worst fears came true... I became a widow on 11 July 2016.
I found the experience painful, isolating and lonely and I battled with my demons whilst everyone else appeared to be getting on with their seemingly happy, normal, family lives.
Nonetheless, even on the most challenging of days, I discovered what I have called Rainbow Hunting – looking for the smallest breaks in the clouds and rain to find hope and joy, even in the darkest times.... and now I want to share my tips with you.
