I am a military widow, mother and former solicitor, who is now a grief and life coach helping others to sort out their Sadmin® and Grow Life around Grief.
My late husband died at only 38 years old of oesophageal cancer when our children were just six and eight years old. Since then, I stopped my legal career as an award-winning Private Client solicitor and retrained as a grief and life coach.

I also have a growing collection of animals, which currently includes a Malshipoo dog, two horses and we have just acquired a filly. When not spending time at the stables with my girls, I love to read, write and go on mini-adventures either in the South West of England or Scotland!

Why your course?
As a widow I’ve lived through the life changing process of growing life around grief and I know the positive difference it can make to have the Sadmin® sorted. In addition, I have done over 100 hours of volunteering as a Cruse bereavement support volunteer, hours of grief training and I have expert knowledge from my previous career as a Wills and Probate lawyer. In summary, I know all about how paperwork can drag you down if it's not dealt with and the peace of mind that comes from sorting it out.
Does it matter where I am in my grief journey?
Some people find that in the very early days they are in denial and shock and simply surviving is a success. Whether you are months or years into your grief journey, you will instinctively know if the timing is right for you to take this next step to sort out your Sadmin ®. However, if you are at all worried about whether this is the right time for you please book in for a free discovery call.
When does the course start?
The course is available to purchase at any time... as soon as you join you will be sent your own personal login to the Sadmin ® membership portal and you can start to work your way through the various modules and join in the Q&A group coaching calls.
When are the live Q&A coaching sessions & how do I access them?
There are three 45-minute coaching calls per month. They are scheduled for 12 noon on the first three Thursdays of every month. The link for the calls is sent to you via email, as well as being stored in the Sadmin ® membership portal.
What’s the time commitment? I don’t feel as though I have time!
The minimum time commitment for the course includes seven training videos, each lasting approximately 45 minutes. The Q&A coaching calls that take place three times each month are optional (although I believe that you get out what you put in and these are a unique opportunity to ask me any questions and talk about tricky areas)… But, before you make a decision, please think about how much time you spend each week on your phone… can you prioritise a course that will provide peace of mind over the attraction of a social media scroll-hole?!
What happens if I miss part of the course?
All training sessions are pre-recorded and available to watch at your leisure within the membership portal. Providing the individuals participating in the Q&A live coaching sessions all provide their consent, these may be recorded, but it is not guaranteed that Q&A sessions will be available, therefore you are strongly recommended to attend Q&A live coaching sessions in person in order that you don't miss out.
I don't have Facebook, does that matter?
All training sessions, checklists, downloads, precedents and templates are loaded both into the private Sadmin ® membership portal which you have exclusive access to. Facebook provides the additional support of a like-minded community who "get it" but it is not vital for completion of the course.
How can I ask you questions?
You can tag me in the private Facebook group, send me an email with a specific question, attend the live online Q&A group coaching calls or if you want more support you can purchase an additional 121 session with me.
What support do we get when the course ends?
The course private Facebook group will be avaible to you for as long as it continues to exist. In addition, if you want additional support once the 12 weeks of the course are over, you can either opt to stay in the programme for a further 12 weeks for a reduced fee, or you can purchase a private 121 session with me.
What results can I expect?
Please note that I cannot do the work for you. The results you get will be individual to you and will reflect the time you spend on working through each part of the course and absorbing the tools and tips that I give you. All training sessions, downloads, checklists, precedents and other materials in the Sadmin ® membership portal will be available to you for an unlimited time after the course, so you can continue to work at your own pace after the 12 weeks are over, but you will get the best results if you complete all the modules within the course timeframe.
How lond will I have access to the content?
Both the private Sadmin® membership portal and the Facebook page will be yours for an unlimited time for as long as the software is available. This means you can refer back to the materials at any time and continue to benefit from the like-minded community.
What is your refund policy?
Once the course starts and you access the Sadmin ® membership portal there is no refund available. However, if you are not entirely happy with the course, please let me know.
