I am a military widow, mother and former solicitor, who is now a grief and life coach helping others to sort out their Sadmin® and Grow Life around Grief.
My late husband died at only 38 years old of oesophageal cancer when our children were just six and eight years old. Since then, I stopped my legal career as an award-winning Private Client solicitor and retrained as a grief and life coach.
By supporting you with the practical and emotional things that need to be done to prepare for death and dying, I can help you to better enjoy the life we have to live right now.
I also have a growing collection of animals, which currently includes a Malshipoo dog, and a growing herd of horses. When not spending time at the stables with my girls, I love to read, write and go on mini-adventures either in the South West of England or Scotland!

Why your course?
As a widow I’ve lived through the life changing process of growing life around grief and I know the positive difference it can make to have the Sadmin® sorted. In addition, I have done over 100 hours of volunteering as a Cruse bereavement support volunteer, hours of grief training and I have expert knowledge from my previous career as a Wills and Probate lawyer. In summary, I know all about how paperwork can drag you down if it's not dealt with and the peace of mind that comes from sorting it out.
Does it matter where I am in my grief journey?
Some people find that in the very early days they are in denial and shock and simply surviving is a success. Whether you are months or years into your grief journey, you will instinctively know if the timing is right for you to take this next step to sort out your Sadmin®. However, if you are at all worried about whether this is the right time for you please book in for a free discovery call.
When does the course start?
The course is available to purchase at any time... as soon as you join you will be sent your own personal login to the Sadmin® membership portal and you can start to work your way through the various modules.
What’s the time commitment? I don’t feel as though I have time!
The minimum time commitment for the course includes watching the various training videos, each broken down into bite-sized easy-to-watch sections lasting approximately 15 minutes each… But, before you make a decision about this course, please think about how much time you spend each week on your phone… can you prioritise a course that will provide peace of mind over the attraction of a social media scroll-hole?!
What happens if I get stuck on part of the course?
All training sessions are pre-recorded and available to watch at your leisure within the membership portal. If you get stuck you can either pop into the Facebook group and ask for help from both Emma and others who have done the course, or you can purchase a 1:1 group coaching session from Emma to help you around your mind-monkeys.
I don't have Facebook, does that matter?
All course content (training sessions, checklists, downloads, precedents and templates) are loaded into the private Sadmin® membership portal which you have exclusive access to. Although Facebook provides the additional support of a like-minded community who "get it", it is not vital for completion of the course.
How can I ask you questions?
You can tag Emma in the private Facebook group, send her an email with a specific question, or if you want more support you can purchase an additional 1:1 session.
What results can I expect?
Please note that we cannot do the work for you. The results you get will be individual to you and will reflect the time you spend working through each part of the course and absorbing the tools and tips that I give you. All training sessions, downloads, checklists, precedents and other materials in the Sadmin® membership portal will be available to you for an unlimited time, so you can review them at any time, but you will get the best results if you complete all the modules consecutively as soon as possible.
How long will I have access to the content?
Both the private Sadmin® membership portal and the Facebook page will be yours for an unlimited time for as long as the software is available. This means you can refer back to the materials at any time and continue to benefit from the like-minded community.
What is your refund policy?
Once you have purchased the course and accessed the Sadmin® membership portal there is no refund available. However, if you are not entirely happy with the course, please let me know.
