Community
A supportive online community for those
touched by grief who feel lonely and overwhelmed,
with messy paperwork and life admin that feels impossible who want a place to feel less alone and more supported as they get their life sorted and start feeling calmer and happier again.

Most of us have a pile of papers that haven’t been actioned, forms we keep avoiding, and that horrible tightness in our chest every time we think about tackling overdue things.
Maybe you're grieving... and every piece of paperwork feels like another reminder of loss.
Maybe you're neuro-spicy... and grief has meant that starting feels more impossible than ever.
Maybe you're both... drowning in emotional overwhelm and practical chaos.
Maybe you're doing it all alone... and the loneliness of grief makes everything harder.
Maybe you're functioning on the outside... but feel that you are drowning on the inside, yet nobody can see it.
And, what’s really hard is when others don't understand, and you feel as though they have their lives together.
This community is going to stop you feeling less alone and start to tackle some of those things that you find really difficult with others who "get it".

What's included in your monthly community...
Unlimited Co-Working Sessions
Value of £80 per month
Join other people in the community in four sessions every month so you are not alone with the admin — for dedicated time to finally get your life admin done with others who "get it". We work together online in a structured but gentle session — so that the tasks you have been avoiding get done with others alongside you.
"I get so much done and it spurs me on leading up to the session, during the session and after! Such a life hack."
— Co-working founding member
Monthly Group Accountability Call
Once a month, we come together to connect, be seen and feel less alone. Bring your tricky questions, your blocks and your progress - and join people who truly understand. It is a safe, supported space to get unstuck and set your priorities, with expert guidance from Emma and the warmth of the community behind you.
Monthly Expert Sessions
Every month an expert guest shares their knowledge on a topic chosen by the community — from organising systems to financial planning and beyond. The guest sessions are recorded and added to the community portal, so that you never miss a thing.
Private Facebook Community
Because grief can be so lonely, the community has its own private Facebook group where you can connect with others who "get it". It's a warm, judgment-free space to ask questions, share progress and cheer each other on between sessions.
Member-Only Resources
The community portal is a separate area with your own unique login, which is your central hub where everything is stored in one place: recordings, replays, resources and more — meaning you can catch up in your own time and at your own pace.
Future Addition: Quarterly Book / Podcast / Film Club
All this for only £19/month*
One month's membership is less than a posh coffee per week!
* Please note that there's no tie-in, so you can cancel anytime but you may lose the benefit of the Founding Member rate.

What Customers Have Said...
Emma Gray got me through a very dark period when I was drowning in 'sadmin' - I was still in shock, crying all the time, completely clueless and simply didn't know what the jeck I was doing!! She coached me through everything I needed to know about managing the sadmin and coping with the complete overwhelm of it all.
Emma is gentle, knowledgeable, kind and comes from a lived-experience perspective.
Emma has created not just a busines but a community of those through loss have an unfortunate common interest....She is an absolute inspiration and a genuinely beautiful human.
I’m Emma Gray and I used to be super organised. In fact, my late husband would tease me about colour-coding and labelling things.
But, then he died of cancer at just 38 years old, leaving me a widowed solo parent to two young daughters.
And my world turned upside down.
The paperwork piled up… bills went unopened… important forms sat untouched for months. I felt ashamed… I questioned how I, a former Wills & Probate solicitor who helped clients organise their estates for a living, could find myself drowning in the family admin?
The overwhelm was suffocating and the stress became physical - headaches, tummy problems and those horrible sinking butterflies in the stomach.
And I felt so alone...
Everyone else seemed to be coping. Nobody understood why opening an envelope felt impossible.
It took me over five years to truly sort myself out. Not because I was doing it wrong. But because grief, admin and life as a solo parent with my neurodivergent brain equalled a perfect storm.
Then I discovered that… We don’t have to do this alone.
In addition, tricky things are actually easier done together. So now, as a qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor, certified grief educator, and the creator of the trademarked "Sadmin®" approach, I combine:
I have created The Sorted & Supported Space because I know what it's like to need both practical support AND people who understand the emotional weight of every single piece of paper. This isn't therapy (though I'm qualified to provide it). This isn't legal advice (though I know the law).
This is practical life admin support alongside a compassionate community… because healing happens when you're not drowning in paperwork alone.
Please Note: While I'm a qualified therapeutic counsellor, this membership focuses on practical life admin support and community connection. It's designed to work alongside (not replace) any therapeutic support you're receiving. And, although I'm a former Wills & Probate solicitor, I'm no longer practicing. This means that I can share general information about life admin and end-of-life planning, but I cannot provide specific legal or financial advice. For that, please consult a qualified professional.
Frequently Asked Questions?
Is this for me ?
If you're struggling with life admin, touched by grief (broadly defined), and/or neuro-spicy, then yes! This is for anyone who needs both practical support and a community that gets it. You don't need to be bereaved or diagnosed neurodivergent - if you're overwhelmed by paperwork and want support, you're welcome here.
When does it start ?
You can join anytime in February 2026 as a Founding Member. The first co-working sessions are the first and third Tuesday of each month, with the accountability call on the fourth Tuesday. Expert sessions launch in March 2026.
When can I join?
Founding Member pricing (£19/month locked in forever) is currently available
What's the time commitment?
As much or as little as you need! Each co-working session is 90 minutes. The accountability calls and expert sessions are 60 minutes. You choose which sessions work for your schedule - there's no pressure to attend everything. Recordings are only available for expert sessions.
Who else is in the community?
Members are people just like you - some are touched by grief, some may be neuro-spicy, but all feel overwhelmed by life admin and are looking for both practical support and genuine connection.
What if I can't attend the sessions live?
Co-working sessions aren't recorded (they're real-time working sessions), but you can join whichever time slots work for you - lunchtime or evening. Expert sessions are recorded and available in the membership area. The community continues between sessions for ongoing support on Facebook
Is this like therapy or group coaching?
No - this is a supported community space, it is not therapy. You'll get support, structure, and direction to help you get organised and take action, but it's not 1:1 coaching or therapy. It's more about giving you time, focus, and accountability to take the action that will help you feel calmer and more in control in your home life.
While I'm a qualified therapeutic counsellor, this membership focuses on practical life admin support and community connection. It's designed to work alongside (not replace) any therapeutic support you're receiving.
Can I join if I'm not bereaved or neuro-spicy?
YES! As long as you have paperwork that needs sorting, you'll get a lot from The Sorted & Supported Space. You can ask questions, use all the resources available, and be part of the community. The common thread is struggling with life admin - however you define your struggles.
What if I already have a coach or therapist?
That’s perfect! The Sorted & Supported Space is designed to complement any support you already have. It's about giving you protected time and accountability to tackle the paperwork that needs sorting - not replacing your existing therapeutic or coaching support.
Will my information be kept private?
The community guidelines state that what's shared in the community stays in the community. However, you're encouraged to only share information you're comfortable with others knowing. Please use your discretion about what personal details you share in the group.
I'm terrible with technology - will I be able to access everything?
Yes! Everything happens through one Zoom link (no complicated tech required). I'll send you clear instructions, and if you can click a link and join a Zoom call, then you're all set. Plus, the community is there to help if you get stuck.
What if I fall behind or can't keep up?
There's no "falling behind" here. This isn't a course with modules - it's ongoing support. Jump in whenever you're ready. The co-working sessions are there when you need them, and replays are available for expert sessions. We all understand that life happens.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime - no long-term commitment is required, although I hope you will find it beneficial and choose to stay. If you wish to cancel, please cancel your direct debit and email me at emma@rainbowhunting.co.uk so I can process your cancellation in my system. Please note that founding members who cancel and later rejoin will return at whatever the current membership rate is (£25/month from March onwards), not the founding rate.
What does it mean to be a Founding Member?
Founding members are the individuals who join in February 2026 who help shape this community. Here's what Founding Members get:
✅ £19/month locked in forever (vs £25/month regular rate from March)
✅ Help choose expert topics and guests
✅ Shape what the book club looks like (when we meet, how often, format)
✅ Input on session timings and structure
✅ Influence the direction of the community as we build it together
You're not just joining - you're helping create something meaningful.
How much time will this take every week?
You decide! At minimum, you could attend one 90-minute co-working session per month. At maximum, you could join all sessions (8 co-working opportunities, 1 accountability call and 1 expert session = approximately 11 hours of available support per month!). Most members will find their own rhythm somewhere in between. The beauty is the flexibility - use as much or as little as works for your life right now.
If you are not sure if this is right for you, email me at emma@rainbowhunting.co.uk and we can talk it through.
