This 90-minute interactive workshop (and the accompanying workbook) will help you understand why summer feels so overwhelming, and what's happening in your body and nervous system, so that you can choose tools that work instead of forcing yourself to try well-intentioned advice that doesn't land.

Using the theory behind our attachment patterns and physical responses, I will guide you through an exploration about:

This workshop has been designed for people who are filled with dread about the summer holidays and find the sunny days tough to navigate.

Whether you're solo parenting through bereavement or have experienced a relationship breakdown, missing your person during "family season", or you are just finding summer unexpectedly harder than everyone else seems to...

This workshop is for anyone facing a difficult summer after loss of any kind.

Whatever your personal circumstances, this workshop will help you understand your unique responses and how to have the best summer possible this year.

"I'm only 6 months into grief - is it too soon?"

"I'm not a widow - my loss was different. Will this still help?"

"I've done lots of therapy/grief work already - will I learn anything new?"

"I'm not good with theory/academic stuff - will this be too complicated?"

"What if I missed the live Workshop?"

You'll get the recording, so you can watch in your own time.

"I'm worried I'll get emotional during the workshop - is that okay?"

"Will this just be more 'bubble baths and self-care' advice?"

"I don't have young children - is this still relevant?"

"What if my question isn't answered here?"
